DeliveredValue
Every cycle or iteration through the LearningCircle requires action that delivers some work with value to the end recipients of the work of the effort. In general terms, this means that even if you expect to run several iterations, you will deliver something of value right from the start. If you were to stop after that first iteration, whatever was delivered would stand on its own and could be considered "DeliveredValue". In other words, there is no such thing as a "planning" iteration that just delivers a plan for further action.
Some examples are easy to understand: in software development we require working software at the end of every iteration. In documentary video production we expect a watchable video at the end of every iteration. In an organizational change process, we expect to see actual changes made to the organization.
