ActionStep of the LearningCircle in the OpenAgile process

The ActionStep comes after the PlanningStep and before the ReflectionStep. Here, an individual, team or community carries out the plans created in the PlanningStep. In order to do this effectively, the CourageCapacity must be exercised. The activities of this step then become the raw material used in the ReflectionStep.
