PlanningStep of the LearningCircle in the OpenAgile process

The PlanningStep comes after the LearningStep and before the ActionStep. Here, an individual, team or community will apply the conceptual changes developed in the LearningStep and apply them systematically to a new plan of action. In order to do this effectively, the LoveCapacity must be exercised. These plans then become the basis of the activities performed in the ActionStep.
