Reflection Step

ReflectionStep of the LearningCircle in the OpenAgile process

The ReflectionStep comes after the ActionStep and before the LearningStep. Here, an individual, team or community will pause in its activities and gather data, impressions, history, stories, and any other observations about the work done in the ActionStep. In order to do this effectively, the DetachmentCapacity must be exercised. These observations then become the raw material used in the LearningStep.
