Reflections

The environment: respectful, good listening, supportive, open to people's contributions, participants came from diverse backgrounds and experience, valuable consultation, fresh perspectives

Work on the questions formed outcomes which was then documented

Be conscious of what we are contributing to the future; establish this in a form that someone can use in the future

The more we can do to quickly get to the stage of permanence, the better. (Wiki, Primer, Skills & Concepts)

Generate knowledge for public use and integrate this into the Wiki

Could be better at our use of time, for example being disciplined about not getting hung up on questions we don't yet have an answer to; Steer away from circular discussions

Missed opportunities to generate knowledge

Would be good to have Cycles throughout the Champions Training dedicated to high value output; Don't be afraid of ambiguity because the outcomes may be fuzzy at first but will change and improve as we go through the OpenAgile process

We don't yet know how to measure the capacity of the community
