Mentor Training Manual

People who are serving teams in this capacity can record their insights in the Reflection Repository under the section Reflections from people serving as Mentors. When you have learned something, add it to the Learning Repository in one of the following sections:

Co-mentorship with two other recognized Mentors through at least one Cycle each

Submit documentation of improvement in OpenAgile rules adoption

Submit case study or academic article on OpenAgile wiki

Endorsement from two recognized Team Members

Endorsement from one each of recognized Process Facilitator and Growth Facilitator

Endorsement from one external stakeholder

Must be completed no more than 1 year after obtaining/renewing both PF and GF recognitions.

Maintenance: participation in OpenAgile community cycles

Note about an idea: - Mentors can work with Tutors to have a 1-day Cycle with an in-house team that has just been trained so that they have the 1 Cycle of mentoring needed for Team Member cert
